You Can Use Memooo! Without an Account
An account and cloud sync are optional. Without an account, the names, dates, and calendar preferences you enter stay on this device and are not uploaded to the cloud.
Sign-In and Cloud Sync Data
If you choose to sign in, the app processes the credential you select: an email address; only in the Simplified-Chinese experience, a mainland China (+86) phone number; or an Apple account identifier and any email or private-relay address Apple supplies. App user and device identifiers are used to verify sign-in, secure and maintain your session, and provide cross-device sync. The English experience does not offer the mainland-China phone option.
After sign-in, important-date names, dates, calendar preferences, and modification timestamps needed for sync are uploaded to your private cloud record. This data is used to merge and sync content across iPhones signed in to your account.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app uses Apple's local notification service to schedule important-date reminders on your device. You can turn notification access off anytime in iOS Settings.
On-Device Diagnostics
Apple may provide Memooo! with MetricKit performance reports on your device. Memooo! immediately reduces these reports to bounded counts for crashes, hangs, launch issues, CPU exceptions, and disk-write exceptions. It does not store raw reports, stack traces, device identifiers, account details, contact information, or important-date content.
The reduced summary is protected on your iPhone, excluded from device backups, and never uploaded automatically. It leaves your device only if you deliberately use Share Diagnostic Summary and choose a destination. If you send that summary to Memooo! support, it includes the app version and build, report date range, and diagnostic counts described above.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Memooo! Plus purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment details are handled by Apple. Memooo! uses StoreKit on your device to read the product, transaction verification, entitlement status, expiration, and revocation state needed to unlock Plus. Memooo! does not receive or store your card or bank details, and it does not upload purchase history to the Memooo! sync service.
Your App Store purchase identity and optional Memooo! sync account are separate. Canceling or losing Plus access never deletes or hides saved dates. Deleting a Memooo! account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Cloud Service Provider
Account verification and sync are provided by Tencent CloudBase. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in the Shanghai, China region. SMS verification codes are sent only when a user in the mainland-China experience chooses its +86 phone option. CloudBase processes only the data needed to provide sign-in and sync.
The app contains no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal data or track you across apps or websites.
Retention, Sign-Out, and Deletion
Local data remains until you delete the relevant item or uninstall the app. Signing out removes the session from your device but does not delete local important dates.
Cloud data remains until you delete the relevant content or permanently delete your account. To delete your account, open your profile, tap the settings gear, then choose Delete Account. After successful verification, the account and cloud dates are permanently deleted; local dates remain on this device. Apple-based accounts also require Apple reauthorization so Memooo! can revoke its Apple access.
Policy Updates
If our data practices change, this policy will be updated. Before enabling any new data collection, we will explain it and request consent where required.

主动登录时，App 会处理你选择的登录凭证：邮箱地址；仅在简体中文体验中提供的中国大陆（+86）手机号；或 Apple 账号标识，以及 Apple 在授权时提供的邮箱或私密转送地址。App 用户标识和设备标识用于账号安全和跨设备同步。英文体验不提供中国大陆手机号选项。登录后的纪念日内容通过 HTTPS 传输，并存储在腾讯云 CloudBase 中国上海区域的私有账号记录中。
App 不包含第三方广告或行为分析 SDK，不出售个人数据，也不进行跨 App 或网站追踪。
本机诊断
Apple 可能会在设备上向 Memooo! 提供 MetricKit 性能报告。App 会立即把报告缩减为有上限的崩溃、卡顿、启动、CPU 异常和磁盘写入异常数量；不保存原始报告、调用栈、设备标识、账号信息、联系方式或纪念日内容。摘要受系统文件保护、不会进入设备备份，也不会自动上传；只有你主动选择“分享诊断摘要”并选择分享目的地时，它才会离开设备。若发送给 Memooo! 支持，内容仅包括 App 版本与构建号、报告日期范围和上述诊断数量。
订阅与购买
Memooo! Plus 的购买、续费、取消、退款和付款信息由 Apple 处理。Memooo! 只通过设备上的 StoreKit 读取解锁 Plus 所需的商品与已验证权益状态，不接收或存储银行卡信息，也不会把购买记录上传到 Memooo! 同步服务。取消或到期不会删除纪念日；删除 Memooo! 账号也不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。
删除
你可以打开个人主页，点击设置齿轮，再选择“删除账号”，永久删除账号和云端纪念日。Apple 登录账号还需要通过 Apple 再次确认，以撤销 Memooo! 的 Apple 授权。退出登录和删除账号都不会删除本机纪念日。
