If you have trouble with a date, lunar calendar conversion, countdown, notification, sign-in, sync, or Plus purchase, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, and the steps that reproduce it.

Not Receiving Reminders?

Open Settings → Notifications → Memooo! and make sure notifications are allowed. Turning notifications off never deletes your important dates.

Storage and Sync

Without an account, your important dates stay on this device. The English experience uses email and Apple sign-in for optional sync. The Simplified-Chinese experience also offers a mainland China (+86) phone-code option. Only sign-in methods that have completed their security and account-lifecycle checks are shown.

Memooo! Plus

Plus adds reminders 1, 3, and 7 days early and optional bounded same-day follow-ups. The initial same-day reminder remains free.

Subscriptions are billed and renewed by Apple at the price shown before purchase. You can cancel in your App Store subscription settings; access continues through the paid period. Canceling or allowing Plus to expire never deletes or hides saved dates.

Memooo! checks the current App Store entitlement automatically on launch and foreground entry. A Memooo! sync account and an App Store subscription are separate.

Delete Your Data

Swipe left on an item in the app to delete it. Uninstalling the app deletes local data. If you signed in, open your profile, tap the settings gear, then choose Delete Account to permanently delete your account and cloud dates. Signing out does not delete local dates.

Deleting a Memooo! account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store if you no longer want it to renew.
